What to Expect
Teams are split into small groups, asked to choose a fun team name, and immersed in a mystery full of crime, clues, and comedy. Participants ask questions, gather evidence, take notes, and attempt to crack the case. It’s high-energy, highly interactive—and it doesn’t feel like work at all!

Corporate work takes us all over the country, from downtown boardrooms and hotel conference floors to lodges and retreat centres well outside the city. Our core markets are Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, Moncton and Fredericton, each supported by local or regional performers.
Because team building often happens where the team is rather than where we are, we are used to travelling for it. Send us the location along with your dates and group size, and we will tell you which cast we would bring and what travel, if any, would be added.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from your regular murder mystery?
The mystery is the vehicle, but the session is built around teamwork. Teams are split into small groups, pick a team name and work the case together, which draws out communication, problem solving, active listening and thinking on your feet without it ever feeling like a workshop.
How long does a session need to be?
We run everything from a lunch hour session to an evening event to a full weekend retreat, and we scale the format to the time you have. About an hour is the practical minimum, which is long enough for teams to work the case properly without eating the whole afternoon.
Will people who hate team building still enjoy it?
That is rather the point. Participation is voluntary, the format is a comedy mystery rather than an exercise, and quieter people can contribute by taking notes and spotting details while the extroverts do the interrogating.
Can you tailor it to our goals?
Yes. You can choose from our existing scripts or we can write a custom scenario around your team, your industry or a message you want to land. Custom writing is quoted separately.
Which cities can you run team building in?
We have people on the ground in Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, Moncton and Fredericton, and we travel beyond them for an additional fee. If your retreat is somewhere remote, ask us anyway.
What does a corporate session cost?
Pricing works the same way as our other shows, generally ,000 to ,000 depending on group size, cast and travel, with a typical event around ,500. Custom script writing runs 0 to 0 on top.
