Murder Mystery Entertainment Across Canada

Looking for entertainment that gives people something to talk about long after the event is over? Smoking Gun Entertainment brings professional, interactive murder mysteries and improv-based entertainment to cities across Canada, with locally based performers in our core markets and travel available well beyond them.

Our actors come to your venue and turn the event itself into the show. Characters mingle with guests, secrets start slipping out, clues appear and somebody eventually meets an extremely suspicious end. Guests can investigate, question suspects and compete to solve the case, or simply sit back and enjoy the comedy. Participation is always encouraged, never forced.

Smoking Gun works with corporate groups, Christmas parties, team-building events, client appreciation nights, fundraisers, private celebrations and public ticketed events. We can perform in hotel ballrooms, restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf clubs, community halls, corporate offices, private homes and destination venues. You provide the venue and meal; we bring the characters, mystery, improvisation and mayhem.

Our core markets include Vancouver and the Lower Mainland; Kelowna and the Okanagan; Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer and Grande Prairie in Alberta; Saskatoon; Winnipeg; Toronto and the GTA; Ottawa; Halifax; Moncton; and Fredericton. Each market is supported by local or regional talent, allowing us to deliver a consistent Smoking Gun experience.

We also travel. If your event is in a smaller community, a resort area or somewhere between our main cities, ask us. Depending on the date, cast and distance, we can often bring a show to you for an additional travel fee.

With almost four decades of interactive entertainment behind the company and a large library of murder mystery themes, Smoking Gun can match the tone to the room – from family-friendly and corporate-safe to cheekier adult events. Custom writing and branded material are also available when an event calls for something more specific.
